Python modules needed:

django_extensions (used for UUID's)
django_compress (compresses JS files into one pack)
django_registration
django_extjs (https://github.com/rhodges/django-extjs, 12/23/2010)


Additional build directories (hang off of trunk):
gdal_data - files needed to support desktop install
lib - files needed to support desktop install
tiles - home to any local tile sets to be used
